• The elasticised strip makes it a very versatile wrap to be used on many parts of the body
• Includes two pocketed parts – one for the single magnet and one for the strip allowing you to remove the magnets for washing or to add extra magnets
• Can be used without the wrap – simply wrap it around the affected area until the magnets lock onto each other

• Slide the Magnetic Influence strip into the wrap
• Insert the single magnet into the pocket at the end of the wrap
• This single magnet will lock to a magnet in the Magnetic Influence strip and hold it in place
• Wrap the Magnetic Influence strip around the painful area
• When the strip feels firm and comfortable place the single magnet on top of one of the magnets in the strip
• If it doesn't hold, you need to take out the single magnet and turn it over, so it locks into place
• Use the strip for up to 8 hours or until you have relief
• As with all health products, if you feel uncomfortable – discontinue use
• For Headaches and Migraines, position the Magnetic Influence strip around your neck resting on your shoulders and cross the strip around your chest
